We interviewed quite a few companies to install a custom bannister for the staircase of our historic 1906 home. It was a more complicated job than I had anticipated because of the moulding and formation of the staircase, and Jose from American Professional Builders stood out innovating the best and safest approach...to create a steel base covered by a wooden rail that would compliment the wooden details in the house. Although this was a smaller job than most he does, he approached it with the same care and professionalism that he would give a much more expensive project. His workers were incredibly competent, clean, and careful. And Jose was wonderful at overseeing every step of the process. And when we wanted the final paint changed, he did it without complaint even though it wasn't due to his error but to our own. Nothing but an amazing experience working with this company. We had our kitchen remodeled a couple months ago and Jose was very communicative and very patient every step of the way (especially when I the decided to make drastic modifications halfway through completion).
