Building Permits: Secure the necessary building permits from local, state, and federal authorities to avoid delays in a project.
Procurement: Team obtains the necessary materials, equipment, labor.
As the project begins, the contractor oversees quality control, health and safety, resources, documentation, design or delay challenges, and the overall progress of the project.
Project Finalization: The contractor disposes and cleans up the jobsite. Final inspections are done to ensure the project complies with local safety codes and laws.
Close-out: The contractor and owner complete a walk-through of the finished project. The owner and contractor ensure all the contract requirements are met in the finalized project including final payments, changes, warranties etc. The owner is provided with the necessary documentation.
